  • My parcel arrived damaged: what should I do?

    Your parcel is received damaged, the product is broken or damaged, this can unfortunately happen. It is often a problem during transport of the product to your home. 🚚

    Ideally, you should report this damage to the carrier when it delivers to you, and refuse the parcel on arrival. If, however, this has not been done, it is possible to take action a posteriori.

    In order to resolve the situation, the reconditioner must open an investigation with the carrier. To do this, we ask you to report any damage to the contents of the parcel as soon as possible (within 3 working days of receipt).
